I recently came across Amanda Perry’s journal, Anchored — Depths of Trust, and I’m genuinely looking forward to spending time in it. The concept immediately resonated with me because the theme of learning to trust God more deeply, especially when life feels uncertain, is something many of us are navigating.

What stood out to me is how thoughtfully the journal is designed. I really appreciate that it includes Scripture focused on trust and faith, guided prompts that encourage honest reflection, and space for prayer and worship. It feels like a gentle invitation to slow down, process what’s going on in my heart, and intentionally spend time with God.

I also love the ocean theme running through the journal. The idea of being anchored through changing circumstances is such a powerful picture of faith. The colouring pages are a beautiful addition too — it’s a creative way to reflect and meditate on what I’m journaling about.

It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating this resource, from the layout to the quality of the pages. I’m really looking forward to using this journal as a way to deepen my trust in God, strengthen my faith, and create space for meaningful reflection.

I absolutely love the Through the Stillness Journal. It’s such a beautiful resource that helps you be intentional about spending quiet time with God. The reflective prompts gently guide you into your time with Him, and there are plenty of pages for journaling. I also love that it includes prayers and worship songs to listen to while you write, creating space for God to minister to your heart.
